5. Fees, Invoicing and Payment

• All fees are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and, unless stated otherwise, exclude GST, which will be added where applicable.
• Overdue amounts may attract interest at a rate reasonably determined by us, and we may suspend work on an engagement until outstanding amounts are paid.
• You are responsible for any reasonable costs or disbursements incurred in delivering the agreed services.

6. Your Obligations

• Provide accurate, complete and timely information reasonably required for us to perform the services.
• Ensure you have all necessary rights, permissions and authorisations for any materials, data or records you provide to us.
